Βιογραφικό Σημείωμα ιδρυτή/καλλιτεχνικού διευθυντή της ομάδας Happy2DanceWithU
Η Μαργαρίτα Αμαραντίδη είναι απόφοιτος της σχολής του Εθνικού Θεάτρου (2002), έχει κάνει σπουδές με τον Φιλίπ Γκωλιέ στο Παρίσι (2007), ενώ αυτή τη στιγμή είναι φοιτήτρια εικαστικών στην σχολή Καλών Τεχνών της Αθήνας στο Δ´ έτος, στο εργαστήριο του Πάνου Χαραλάμπους.
Στο θέατρο έχει συνεργαστεί με τον Πέτερ Στάϊν, τον Δημήτρη Μαυρίκιο, τον Στάθη Λιβαθινό, τον Βασίλη Νικολαϊδη, την Αγγελική Στελλάτου, τη Σεσίλ Μικρούτσικου και τον Παναγιώτη Λάρκου.
Η ίδια έχει σκηνοθετήσει το «Τhe Theater Case» με τους βλακlist και την χοροθεατρική παράσταση «FormEnVie», καθώς και στο Καπποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών στην ομάδα «Άφαντοι».
Στην τηλεόραση έχει συνεργαστεί με την Ελισσάβετ Χρονοπούλου,τον Κώστα Κουτσομύτη αντίστοιχα (ΝΕΤ), Κώστα Κεκεμένη, Χρήστο Δήμα, Άρη Μπαφαλούκα,Βασίλη Ντούρο, Χρήστο Νικολέρη (Alpha),και Πάνο Κράββα (Μega).
Στον κινηματογράφο έχει συνεργαστεί με την Όλγα Μαλέα, την Εμμανουέλα Φραγκιαδάκη και τον Σων Τζεϊμς Σάττον.
Δυο δικά της λόγια
«Έχωντας παρακαταθήκη τις σπουδές μου στο θέατρο, αλλά και την εμπειρία μου δούλευοντας σε αυτό, κι επίσης στην τηλεόραση και τον κινηματογράφο, τα εικαστικά ήρθαν στην ζωή μου και στη σκέψη μου πραγματικά με έναν τρόπο σαν να ήταν από την αρχή το επόμενο βήμα της προσωπικής μου διαδρομής. Ετσι δεν είναι δύσκολο να κατανοήσει κανείς γιατί και οι δύο σπουδές μου καταλήγουν να είναι μία. Η εξοικείωση από τη μία με τα μέσα των Σκηνικών Τεχνών, κι από την άλλη ο πρωτόγνωρος γεμάτος δυνατότητες κόσμος των Καλών και Πλαστικών Τεχνών. Επίσης σημαντικό ρόλο έχει πάιξει το αθλητικό μου παρελθόν, σε σχέση με ένα χορευτικό παρόν, από τα οποία συνεχώς επικαλούμαι το σώμα ως μέσο έκφρασης για τις δυνατότητες του και για τη φόρμα του. Κάποιες από τις έννοιες που με ενδιαφέρουν στη δουλειά μου είναι η μεταμόρφωση, η παραμόρφωση, η αιώρηση, ο χώρος, ο χρόνος καθώς και η μαγεία της απτής πραγματικότητας ».
Resume of the founder/artistic director of the group Happy2DanceWithUMargarita Amarantidi has studied in the School of the National Theater of Greece (2002), she has also had studies with Philippe Gaulier in Paris (2007) and now she studies in the State School of Fine Arts in Athens,Greece (7th semester).In theater she has worked as an actress with Peter Stein, Dimitris Mavrikios, Stathis Livathinos, Vasilis Nikolaidis, Panagiotis Larkou and Sesil Mikroutsikou in productions of the National Theater of Greece or Megaron Music Hall, Athens, Greece .She has directed the theater group “vlaklist” in the devised comedy “The Theater Case”,Athens,Greece, the dance-theater piece “FormEnVie”, Athens, Greece and Augusto Boal’s “Uncle Mc Pato and the Pill” in the Cappodistrian University of Athens, Greece.She has worked also in dance-theater with Aggeliki Stellatou for Patras,Greece-European Arts Capital and she also took part to the Opening Ceremony of the Athens Olympic Games 2004.In TV she has worked with Elisavet Hronopoulou, Kostas Koutsomitis, Kostas Kekemenis, Hristos Dimas, Hristos Nikoleris, Ari Bafalouka and Panos Kravas, at NET, Alpha, ANT-1 and Mega Channel and in cinema she has worked with Olga Malea, Emmanuella Frangiadaki and Sean James Sutton, all greek productions.She has also tried herself out in scenography in Niky Silver's "Raised in Captivity" this year, Maria Ksenoudaki Anti-Theater,Athens,Greece.Few words of her own“Having as a useful background my studies in theater, but also my experience working in it and additionally in television and cinema, the fine arts came into my life and my thinking in a way like it was from the beginning the next step of my personal path. After all, it’s not so difficult for somebody to perceive these two studies of mine as one; being familiar with the means of Stage Arts in one hand and all the unprecedented and full of possibilities world of Fine and Plastic Arts on the other. The fact of an athletic past is also remarkable, related to a dance present, from which I always recall the body as mean of expression for its capabilities and for its form. Some of the things I’m interested in my work are transformation, deformation, suspension, space, time, magic of the obvious reality”.
